Holi Special "Mini Mawa Malpua"
Malpua is mini sweet pancakes.
Ingredients:- 1cup of Maida (all purpose flour)
1 cup of Mawa (Khoya)
1 cup of Milk
1cup of Ghee for frying
1cup of Sugar (you can add as per the sweetness you want)
1/2 cup of Water
3-4 pieces crushed Cardamon
Dry fruits of your choices for garnishing
Preparation:-1)Take a bowl add Maida, Mawa, Milk and crushed Cardamon; mix it well to have smooth consistency batter. Batter should not be too thick or too thin; it should be like dosa batter. 2)Take pan; heat ghee and try to put batter and fry until its little brown. 3)Heat water an sugar in another pan and keep on stirring till it get little sticky. This chasni (sugar and water)should not be too thick otherwise it will not get soak in Malpua properly. 4) Put Malpua directly in chasni and keep for 1 hour in it to get soaked properly and serve.
Note:-1) Quantity of Ingredients u can change according to your taste
2 ) You can shallow fry if you want to avoid deep fry; make sure it get properly fry
3)If u want to avoid chasni then do put sugar according to your taste while preparing batter and fry.
