According to Buddha there is a simple formula that can help us achieve joy and happiness in life. Important 3 L's of Life The 1st ‘L’ is " Love":- Love, be kind, be grateful, be empathetic. The 2nd ‘L’ is "Live":- Live life to the full, do not hold back on things, do what makes you happy. The 3rd ‘L’ is "Learn":- Keep learning new things, Learn from the mistakes, Learn to let go; It comes from realizing that some things or people are not for us and you have to let go. The more we hold onto stuff, the more the frustration, anger and negativity grow.

Don’t Complain: Life is good; Stop complaining; cherish the things which you have and thank GOD for giving you this beautiful place to live and your loved ones who are there for you in your good and bad times Compliment or Affirmations: Affirmations is best way to motivate yourself; complimenting or rewarding yourself for small thing will keep your spirits high.
